Courses include an additional cancellation fee of \u20ac80 for course materials if you choose a refund and not a date change:

Try dive
Try dive<\/strong>Double
<\/strong>
\u2013 If a person books a double try dive and cannot do the second dive:<\/p>

a) due to fear. At Viva Blue we will always try for everyone to leave the water with the feeling \u201cI can do anything\u201d. We will look for solutions together with another instructor at the time so that, in the worst case, they do snorkelling with equipment. If they are alone, consider the option of doing 2 slots of 30 minutes. If nothing is possible, they will receive a free T-shirt.
Note: in the afternoons and subject to availability<\/p>

b) due to cold: we will try to improve their equipment conditions and do that second dive on another day if availability allows. If not, a free T-shirt.<\/p>

c) because they do not want to: no refund.<\/p>

d) due to medical problems (equalisation issues, pain in an injury, etc.): refund of \u20ac35<\/p>

Triple Try Dive<\/strong><\/p>

\u2013 If a person books a triple try dive and we consider that they are not fit to do the dive at the Museum safely:<\/p>

a) the situation will be explained to the person. The refund will be \u20ac35 for the dive they do not do, or they can do a third dive at Flamingo instead of the Museum.<\/p>

b) If the person does not want the Museum due to cold or fear, the \u20ac35 will be refunded.<\/p>

Diver<\/strong><\/p>

\u2013 If a diver books a two-dive package from shore or from boat<\/p>

a) and does not want to do the second due to cold or tiredness, there is no refund, but we will give them a free T-shirt.<\/p>

b) if the second dive is cancelled due to weather or medical conditions, the corresponding part will be refunded. Example in a 2-dive package \u2013 from 115 we refund 35 (1 dive \u20ac80).<\/p><\/div>

Course<\/strong><\/p>

\u2013 If a person books and, for medical reasons (feeling unwell) or due to inability to complete the requirements:
a) we keep the course open for 12 months<\/p><\/div>
